Candela Ellipse IPL
The Candela Ellipse is also known as photo-facials. It uses safe visible light wavelengths to rejuvenate skin, helping keep a younger and fresher look. It makes skin look younger by removing age spots and diffuse redness by improving the skin texture. It also helps reduce uneven pigmentation.
Iridex DioLite
Iridex DioLite uses an intense beam of light that is absorbed by oxyhemoglobin (bright red blood cells carring oxygen) and melanin (black or brown pigment) causing destruction of unwanted vascular (red) or pigmented (brown) lesions. It is also used for removal of sebaceous glands.
Erbium
Erbium is designed to remove sun damage spots, superficial and moderately deep lines and wrinkles on the face, hands, neck and chest. One of the benefits of the erbium laser is minimal burning of surrounding tissue. This laser causes minimal side effects, such as swelling, bruising, and redness, so your recovery time should be more rapid than with CO2 laser resurfacing (one week in most cases). If you have a darker skin tone, erbium laser may work better for you.
Sellas
Sellas is a fractional laser that provides skin rejuvenation by eliminating old pigmented epidermal cells and stimulating collagen remodeling. Sellas laser is ideal for the treatment of acne scars, wrinkles, enlarged pores, uneven pigmentation and photo-damage. The laser was specially designed for all ethnicities. Due to faster healing process compared to other lasers, the patient may return to normal activities within a day. A minimum of 3 – 5 treatments is recommended.
Candela GentleLase
The laser is designed to remove unwanted dark hairs. A revolutionary long-pulse high energy alexandrite laser emits a gentle beam of light that passes through the skin in the hair follicle where its absorbed. The laser energy is transformed into heat, which destroys the hair follicle leaving the surrounding skin unaffected. The skin is further protected during treatment by a cooling device which is sprayed onto the skin cooling the upper layers and providing patients with increased comfort.
Candela GentleYag
The laser is designed to remove unwanted dark hairs, vascular lesions and skin tightening. The laser creates a beam of high-intensity light that penetrates deep into the skin tissue, where it delivers a controlled amount of targeted therapeutic heat. Its cooling system protects the upper layer of the skin, offering optimal treatment with minimal side effects. The laser is ideal for all skin types.
RevLite
The RevLite laser is primarily used for tattoo removal. The laser permits the removal of most tattoo inks with a very low risk of scarring. Tattoo ink is removed by using the laser’s specific wavelength of light which passes into the skin, but is absorbed by the ink. The rapid absorption of light energy causes the tattoo ink to break into tiny particles which is removed by the body’s natural filtering system. The laser provides maximum tattoo removal while leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. The RevLite laser can remove professional, amateur (homemade), traumatic and surgical tattoos.
Vbeam
Vbeam is a pulsed dye laser that delivers an intense, but gentle burst of light into selectively targeted areas of the skin. The light is absorbed by specific blood vessels or melanin pigmented areas in the dermis depending on the condition being treated. The laser is designed to treat redness of the face, neck, rosacea, birthmarks, face and leg veins, scars and stretch marks, Psoriasis and Poikiloderma.
Xtrac
Xtrac laser is the first FDA market-cleared laser system for the treatment of psoriasis and vitiligo. It uses a focused beam of light that is delivered through a sophisticated liquid light guide device allowing the provider to deliver high doses of monochromatic UVB right into the spot of the problem for fast, effective treatment while minimizing the risk of exposure to the healthy skin. The laser also is used to treat atopic dermatitis, leukoderma and alopecia.
Smartlux – The Organic PDRT (OPDRT)
The OPDRT differentiates itself from other PDTs (photo dynamic therapy) by providing the flexibility to optimize treatments organically based on patient’s skin type and indication. The treatments are tailored to the patients needs to treat the face and different parts of the body. The Smartlux is used to treat acne, photo-damage, pre-cancerous lesions, and wound healing.
Active/TotalFX – Fractional CO2 Laser
FX CO2 treatment is a high energy beam of laser that interacts with the skin’s surface causing the upper layer to peel off and regenerate a new layer of healthy skin. The laser beam is applied in a fractional pattern, leaving small “bridges” of untouched skin. This technique makes the healing process much faster and enables the patient to return to normal activities within a week. The benefits of the laser include immediate collagen contraction, reduction of wrinkles and fine lines and softening of deeper frown lines, as well as improvements in skin tone and texture. TotalFX combines DeepFX with ActiveFX for total solution in one treatment. The Active/TotalFX is used to treat acne scars and deep wrinkles.
