Treatment
A facelift begins with incisions along the hairline, by the ear, on the chin, or along the earlobe. These carefully placed incisions leave no visible scars. Next, excess skin is lifted and removed. The remaining skin is then smoothened, tightened and secured.
Recovery
Side effects may include swelling, numbness, bruising, and tightness, but most patients report little pain and only minor discomfort.
