Dr. Deckelbaum has a strong academic interest in Dermatology. He is the most recent addition to the Advanced Skincare MedCenter team and enjoys practicing a broad range of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He specializes in the treatment of:

Education and Training
Dr. Deckelbaum received his Bachelors of Science and Medical Degree from Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with Honors and a member of National Osteopathic Honor Society. He then completed a Family Medicine Residency in Albany, NY where he was given the distinct honor of receiving the Predoctoral Teaching Award two years in a row.
After graduating residency and receiving his Board Certification in Family Medicine, he completed a one year Faculty Development Fellowship and joined the Albany Medical Center Department of Family Medicine as an Assistant Professor. Prior to his dermatology training, he spent 3 years in clinical practice and teaching residents and medical students in all aspects of Primary Care Medicine. He continues to lecture to medical residents and has been accepted for publication in the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology.
