Pre-Surgical Clearance
Your Pre-Surgical Clearance will be the last time we review all surgery information with you prior to your surgery.Your Pre-surgical clearance will last approximately 30 minutes.Your Surgery Specialist will greet you and will spend time reviewing the following information from your Pre-Operative Examiniation.

- Verify complete understanding of surgery Information, Consent, Pre & Post Care forms
- Validate Fee policy has been signed
- Coumadin/Plavix Clearance Obtained
- Clearance from other physician(s)
- Verify required (RX) Prescriptions have been obtained (if required)
- Review labs
- Meet with Dr. Sire to answer any final questions you may have
- Ensure complete understanding of surgery
- Collect payment for surgery
- Schedule surgery
