Pre-Operative Examination
Once you have made your decision to enhance your appearance, you will be scheduled for a
Pre-Operative Examination. Your Pre-operative examination will last approximately 30 minutes. You will be greeting by our Surgery Specialist who will spend time reviewing the following information during your visit.

- Surgery Information, Rights, Consent, Pre & Post Care forms
- Fee policy reviewed and signed
- Coumadin/Plavix Clearance
- Clearance required by other physician(s)
- Review of all current & alternative medications
- Provide all ‘In-House’ Medications
- Required (RX) Prescriptions provided (if required)
- Prescription for Lab work
- Schedule Pre-Operative exam 1-2 weeks
