Dr. Michael Land
Dr. Michael Land possesses a well-rounded scope of medicine with an eye for detail and passion for clinical dermatology. He carries a strong background in integumentary research and treating skin conditions in a walk-in clinical setting over the last several years. Dr. Land recognizes patient education, communication, and bedside manner are all essential components of creating an effective and meaningful patient experience, as this is heavily reflected in his clinical approach. He obtained a bachelor of science in chemistry with a minor in psychology, graduating magna cum laude from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, GA. While there, he participated in anti-cancer research focusing on naturally occurring products. Dr. Land received his medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, CA. His collaborative peer-reviewed dermatologic research during medical school was published multiple times in the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He completed his medical training at Chino Valley Medical Center in Chino, CA. During his training, Dr. Land’s case study on fractional CO2 laser treatment for skin resurfacing was published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology.
